Returns & exchanges
GENERAL TERMS
Nikolova Club gladly accepts returns and exchanges of eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Returnable Condition Requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be free of makeup, stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or any scent.

All original garment tags must remain attached.

Protective return tags (if included) must remain intact and unremoved.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We strongly recommend trying items on carefully. For shoes, please try them on a clean, soft surface.
EXCEPTIONS

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check product descriptions carefully.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as swimwear, bodysuits, or intimate pieces) are not eligible for unconditional returns.
If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Important Notice
Do not send returns to the address shown on the shipping label. This is not our return address.
Returns sent without prior approval or to the incorrect address may not be eligible for refund.
RESPONSIBILITY
Nikolova Club will cover return or exchange costs only if the issue is due to our fault.
1. Situations eligible for free returns or exchanges:

The item has verified quality defects.

The wrong item was sent.
-
The item has significant color discrepancies compared to the product listing.
2. Situations eligible for customer-paid returns:

Change of mind.

Customer does not like the item.
-
Incorrect size ordered.
3. Situations eligible for free resend:

Missing item in the order.

Package lost in transit (excluding customer refusal).
If a parcel is refused by the customer, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. In such cases, store credit may be issued after deducting shipping costs.
SIZING ISSUES
We understand that sizing can vary between styles.
If the item does not fit, you may request:

An exchange (customer may be responsible for shipping costs), or

A return at your own expense.
We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order and contacting customer support for assistance if needed.
EXCHANGES
Each item may be exchanged once (excluding Final Sale items).
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.
If exchanging for a lower-priced item due to verified quality issues, the price difference will be refunded.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
For customer-initiated returns:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the order originally qualified for free shipping, approximately 10% of the returned item value may be deducted to cover shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping fees.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 1–3 days of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please initiate a return after delivery.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
For customer-paid returns:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned package is delivered to our warehouse.

All returns must be initiated through our customer service team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may result in a failed refund.
